Servcon was initially established in 1995 as a result of “Record of Understanding” having been signed in October 1994.Servcon is now 100% owned government entity.This is after 50% of the shares were bought by the NDoH from the Banking Council,South Africa.The purchase of shares placed the sole responsibility to determine Servcon’s future with the Government.

Servcon current activity include:

1.Enhanced normalization/regularization of provincial housing department low income housing portfolio’s and
2.Acquire and hold suitably located state owned land and/or landed property for intergrated human settlement development.
