Servcon was initially established in 1995 as a result of “Record of Understanding” having been signed in October 1994.Servcon is now 100% owned government entity. This is after 50% of the shares were bought by the NDoH from the Banking Council, South Africa. The purchase of shares placed the sole responsibility to determine Servcon’s future with the Government.
Servcon current activities include:
1.Enhanced
normalization/regularization of provincial housing department low
income housing portfolio’s and
2.Acquire and hold suitably located state owned land and/or landed
property for integrated human settlement development.
